Suzhou Fuent Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Qurgen’s China subsidiary) received another 50 million RMB investment.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized the initiation of a Phase I clinical trial under IND No. 152226 for SON-DP, Qurgen’s transcription factor-based anti-tumor drug, a first-in-human and first-in-class transcription factor anti-cancer protein drug that leads to a breakthrough cell-conversion cancer therapy for all solid tumors.

Suzhou Fuent Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Qurgen’s China subsidiary) completed its first round of financing of 125 million RMB. The funds will be used to establish a 3,000-square-meter GMP drug manufacture facility, China Phase I clinical trial cost and administration cost.

Suzhou Fuent Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (Qurgen’s China subsidiary) was established in the Life & Health Town Industrial Park, Suzhou. The company invested 5 million RMB to build a 641-square-meter non-GMP laboratory as the company’s R&D facility of transcription factor drug development for treatment of major human diseases including cancer, heart failure and anti-aging etc.
