Qurgen is happy to announce that the blood and biopsy tissue results of a late-stage of ocular melanoma patient indicated complete melanoma driver gene mutations repairment under a 9-month SON-DP treatment. This makes SON-DP the ONLY cancer therapy that can repair the somatic mutations of cancer driver genes. 

Dr. Chai Yan Joins Qurgen/Fuent as Senior Vice President for BP，Qurgen, CEO，Suzhou Fuent Pharmaceutics and Board Secretary of Both Qurgen and Suzhou Fuent Pharmaceutics.

Qurgen has completed a long-term (over 8 years) in vivo animal study from 2018 to 2026, in which 3 male and 2 female Cynomolgus monkeys have been given 12 repeated high doses of SON-DP transcription-factor treatment within 28 day period and went under 5 physical examinations in the last 8 years. No teratoma or tumor has since been found in these monkeys.

Qurgen has successfully manufactured two batches of GMP-scale SON-DP anti-tumor transcription factor protein drug which have been used in US and China Phase I trials.
